We are expanding our SEND division and are looking to recruit experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our already busy team. We are looking for ambitious individuals coming from either recruitment or SEND backgrounds and seeking to thrive in an exciting sales environment.

However, if you have a background in SEND and are looking to transition into SEND recruitment, full training in this role will be provided in addition to ongoing training and support.

CVs are welcome from relevant sectors such as (but not limited to) health and social care or already working within an education recruitment environment, as this would be a distinct advantage.

Role Overview:

To provide an effective educational staff recruitment service to schools within a designated geographical area. Have a strong focus on increasing users, schools and revenues

What the role involves but not limited to:

• Candidate acquisition, development and relationship building
• 360-degree recruitment role covering all aspects of the recruitment cycle
• Client attraction, engagement and account management activities
• Face to face visits with schools, colleges and SEND Provisions
• Attending trade shows and events as well as hosting own networking events online or in-person
