Overview

Eteach is looking to expand our software development team with the addition of some junior developer roles. The primary purpose for these roles is to learn from the established senior developers and support them with the application development sprints and projects.

The applications are using .NET MVC/C#, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery and Angular/AngularJS. There is a strategy to explore the latest coding technology and the Junior Developers will be involved in the evolution of this.

Responsibilities will include:

• Work in accordance with the IT Development Process
• Manage workload via tickets as assigned within an agile environment
• Support the senior developers in tasks
• Liaise with network administrators, database analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
• Keep aware of latest trends in web development and emerging technologies relevant to your job role
• Work in a team-oriented environment, have a passion for the Web, and a desire to learn constantly about web-based technologies and trends.

• 1+ year experience in .NET MVC/C# web software development
• Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
• Be a team player and able to work alone when required
• Have a keen eye for quality and pay strict attention to detail
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
