Eteach is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work from our office in Cardiff.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will support the business with talent acquisition and sourcing activities. You will engage with stakeholders, schools,  managers, and Recruitment Consultants, to understand their hiring requirements and provide advice and solutions for attracting talent.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
you are also responsible for:

• Sourcing high-caliber candidates
• Conducting direct sourcing when required via, CV databases and other direct sourcing solutions.
• Identifying the right sourcing strategy for each role and researching the most appropriate channels such as job boards, social media, etc.
• Managing and coordinating the selection and assessment processes including CV screening, ensuring all resourcing processes meet legal requirements and are fair, fit, and inclusive.
• Developing and implementing strategies to encourage recruitment from targeted sections of the community.
• Efficiently managing the sourcing and recruitment process and providing managers with additional support on interviews, offers, and supporting the on-board process.
• Providing feedback to relevant parties at each stage of the recruitment process.

Knowledge and Experience:

• An education recruitment background is desired, but not essential
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise a busy schedule
• Excellent Communication both written and verbal
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality
• A flexible and proactive approach to cope with constantly changing priorities
